Safety Tips

Read the manual: Always follow both the Graco manual and your vehicle's owner's manual for installation instructions.
Use either LATCH or seat belt: Never use both at the same time. Choose one method and make sure it's tightly secured.
Check tightness: The seat shouldn’t move more than 1 inch side-to-side or front-to-back when pulled at the belt path.
Proper recline angle: Use the recline indicator on the side of the seat to ensure proper angle, especially in rear-facing mode.
Keep the harness snug and the chest clip positioned at armpit level to prevent improper movement in a crash.

Cleaning

We thoroughly sanitize all rental products after each use to ensure top-level cleanliness and safety. Our process includes a commercial-grade steamer heated to 200°F to eliminate germs, bacteria, and viruses, along with non-toxic, baby-safe cleaning products to disinfect all surfaces. This ensures every item is safe and hygienic for infants and young children. Additionally, all fabric parts are laundered using a fragrance-free detergent, and plastic components are wiped and dried immediately to maintain cleanliness and durability.
