Who we are

Paradise Baby Co rents baby gear (cribs, strollers, car seats, and more) with delivery and pickup across Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.

What we collect

When you place a rental order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your rental: scheduling and completing delivery and pickup, sending order updates, and responding to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to SMS updates during checkout, we send delivery-status text messages about your order — typically a delivery confirmation, a pickup confirmation, and a one-time follow-up. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run this site — payment processing (Stripe), text-message delivery (Twilio), and hosting (Vercel) — and only as needed to provide the service.
